The Northern Ireland team sees 2014 School Games team members Casey Jo Bell and Hannah Morrison return. Casey finished 6th AA in 2014, as well as taking the vault title, finishing 2nd on bars, 6th on beam, and 7th on Floor. Casey also competed for her country at EYOF this year, as well as the Junior Europeans in 2014 placing 22nd, making her one of Ireland’s most successful younger gymnasts.

Casey’s floor from 2014 School Games:

Hannah finished 16th AA at the 2014 School Games, qualifying for three finals and finishing 7th on vault, 7th on beam, and 8th on Floor. She was also part of the NI team who took bronze on the 2014 Celtic Cup,  and was 3rd at the 2014 Irish national apparatus finals.

Her floor from 2014 Irish National is available here:

Frustratingly that’s where the video footage of the Irish girls ends, and there is very little info available for the girls from Shooting Starz. We look forward to seeing Orlaith, Grace, and Kelsey  in competition, and finding out a little more about their gymnastics.

Good luck girls!

  1. Here’s some info for you, Hannah broke her arm just before Celtic Cup and is coming back from surgery, so is just coming back to competition at UK School Games.

In 2014 Orlaith came 6th VT, 2nd UB, 8th BB, 5th FX, 8th AA in FIG Minor (U13) at National Championships
