Amy Tinkler and Ruby Harrold will contest the all around final this evening. Both girls have been absolutely outstanding so far at these championships, helping the team qualify Great Britain to the Rio Olympics, then both hitting when it mattered in the team final to help GB capture that historic bronze medal.
Neither has made a major error, or really a medium error so far, Amy has competed six routines up to this point, and Ruby five. The girls qualified to the AA final in 7th and 8th position respectively, and will be looking to go clean again to finish as high as possible for their country this evening.
At present Beth Tweddle holds the highest AA placing position for a British Gymnast in a World Championship final, with her fourth place finish in 2005. We have yet to place two gymnasts in the top ten, with Claudia and Ruby coming very close last year placing tenth and eleventh respectively.
The girls will go round together, beginning on bars, with Ruby up second, and Amy third.
Coverage begins on BBC Red Button at 6.50pm continuing to 7:30pm
BBC2 coverage starts at at 7:00pm.
Good luck girls!
