Great Britain’s most successful ever gymnast; Olympic Bronze medalist, three time world champion, and six time European Champion Beth Tweddle may have hung up her hand guards, but is still very much involved and passionate about her sport, as well as being  committed to inspiring future generations of gymnasts to be the very best that they can possibly be.

Beth has already this year held eight ‘Beth Tweddle Gymnastics Camps’ across the country, and on the 9th of July, she will hold her ninth. This camp will take place in Wales, and the location will be announced on Friday 19th of May.

The camps are hugely popular, with gymnasts travelling from all over the country to take part, and meet Beth. All abilities are welcome, from those just beginning, to competitive level gymnasts.

There are two sessions per camp, one morning 10am – 1pm, and one afternoon  2pm -5pm.

Gymnasts will enjoy a group warmup, learn a dance to show their parents at the end of the session, and train on all four apparatus. There are prizes to be won through the session, and all gymnasts receive a goody bag.

Here Beth talks about the camps in her own words:
