First of the 2018 English Champions crowned today, three rounds of gymnastics, seventy eight Espoirs in total made it a big event.
No live stream unfortunately. I contacted Gymdata, they have done their best to provide coverage, but the change in venue has also meant a change in the quality of internet coverage, and its just not been possible.
On to the results, and huge congratulations to second year Espoir Ruby Stacey of Plymouth Swallows, 2018 English Champion.

Heathrow’s Alia leat takes silver, and Park Wrekin’s Isabella Wheeldon bronze, well done girls, a great result.Congratulations also go to Roxanne Price of Bristol Hawks, Tommera Hendricks of Europa, and Teegan Milligan of Huntingdon rounding out the top six.
A big well done to Alia Leat took the vault title, to Norfolk’s Isabelle Mardle taking silver, and Isabella Wheeldon on her bronze. It was good to see that twenty two gymnasts competed two vaults here today.
On bars, congratulations to Ruby Stacey taking her second gold of the day with the bars title, to Darcy Chesters of Warington on silver, and Ellie Petriou of South Essex for her bronze.
On beam, as ever, who could battle and overcome their nerves? A huge achievement Ellie Gargett of South Essex, English Champion, very well done. Congratulations too go to Huntingdon’s Teegan Milligan on her silver, and Ruby Stacey on bronze.
